She began her career as the Marketing Director for Charles Fraser/Sea Pines on Hilton Head, SC and is a proud member of the exclusive Sea Pines alumni. Today, she is known in the industry for the successful branding of a range of projects including condominiums, apartments, real estate, resorts, and the financial industry. Sibet’s other passion is rescuing homeless animals. She is involved with multiple Atlanta area pet rescue societies, where she works to move animals from shelters in Georgia – where the spay and neuter laws are lacking – to the northeast or other rescues where they can be saved.
Additionally, Sibet is very active with the Urban Land Institute Atlanta, having served on the Board of Directors for over 17 years, maintaining a position as the Communications Chair, and serving as the Public Relations representative for the group.

A natural Type-A personality, Bruce Freides’ attention to detail serves him well as he oversees the day-to-day operations of Idea Associates. As business manager, Bruce is the point person for all of the company’s accounting, computer systems, and production needs. And, a well honed understanding of what makes a ‘good’ website has also led to his overseeing the development of all client websites. Bruce’s dedication to the needs of his clients is balanced by his in-depth understanding of what it takes to keep his team on track and get a job done on time and within budget. This range of experience in the technical and business aspects of daily operations allows Bruce the ability to consult with clients not only on their marketing needs but also on their systems and operations. Christian Peters is a UK-trained, dual citizen graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he’s developed a penchant for typography, logo design and copy writing. When not working, Christian is an avid part-time Pool player with an ‘unhealthy interest’ in sci-fi movies and a love for soccer – both England and the soon-to-be Atlanta United FC.

Haley’s organizational skills, dedication to developing relationships, and her keen eye for design create a uniquely fitting skill set for an Account Executive. A graduate of Organizational Communications from Kennesaw State University, her understanding of both the client and creative viewpoint help her to facilitate the communication necessary to keep projects moving forward and ensure top quality results. With a background in management, she knows that even the smallest details count in any job she does. She understands the qualities a good leader should have and strives to display those in the workplace. When Haley isn’t working, she enjoys being an Atlanta “foodie” with her fiancé. She also enjoys spending quality time with their two dogs Dottie and Ari.
